What are they doing at the old DDT Outlet in Odgen?

Hunter Ingram

The former DDT Outlet at 7222 Market St., which closed last fall, is being renovated and refitted for what will become a boat sales and service facility, said Sam Burgess, senior planner for New Hanover County.

The owner or business behind the renovations is unknown.

The renovation is moving slowly, Burgess said, so there is no firm end date on the books.

The property is zoned B-2 highway business, so a boat facility is within the rights of the developer.
