When will Burgaw get more natural gas lines so people can have natural gas to their home?

Wayne Faulkner

Burgaw is probably more than half covered now, said Carl Paquet, sales and delivery supervisor in Wilmington for Piedmont Natural Gas. Mains have been extended there before, he said.

If potential customers are interested in gas service, they are urged to contact Piedmont, and the company will do a cost estimate and a financial feasibility study to see whether a main can be extended.

Go to Piedmont’s website – piedmontng.com, or call 910-275-6264 or 910-752-7504, Paquet said.

Are they running a gas line from Leland through Delco? Where is it going and what is it for?

When will the city of Wilmington provide natural gas to customers in the annexed areas?
