Who pays for the sprinkler system in the Eastwood Road median in front of Landfall?

Julian March

Landfall is responsible for maintaining the median, said John Farrow, an N.C. Department of Transportation supervisor with Southeastern North Carolina’s Roadside Environmental Unit.

The neighborhood received approval to plant the median as long as residents continued to maintain it.

The agreement does not expire, as long as the community exists, Farrow said. In addition to the medians, Landfall also keeps up the sidewalks and entrances to the neighborhood.
