How many taxi stands are there in downtown Wilmington?

Wilmington has two taxi stand zones – from midnight to 3 a.m. at 0 South Front and 0 North Front are designated as taxi stand zones, city spokeswoman Malissa Talbert said. There were 1,001 tickets issued for violation of the “No parking Taxi Stand” from July 1, 2010, to June 16, 2011. There are no taxi permits for New Hanover County, but the city of Wilmington has 155 taxi permits issued.
