Will the artist Wyland come back to retouch the dolphin mural on the Coast Line Inn?

Wyland's 'Coastal Dolphins' mural covers a wall of the Coast Line Inn in Wilmington. (From the Wyland Foundation website.)

Jennifer Small, assistant to California artist Wyland, said it would be impossible for Wyland to retouch all of the murals he’s created since 1981 depicting sea life – there are 100. But tips and information are available to any local artist who might want to tackle the assignment.

In 1993, Wyland painted dolphins and a turtle on a smaller wall at the Coast Line Inn at 503 Nutt St., Wilmington [Map this], on the north edge of downtown.
