What work is scheduled on Edgewater Club Road?

Ken Little

Edgewater Club Road is part of a resurfacing contract that S.T. Wooten Corp. will be constructing, said Patrick Riddle, N.C. Department of Transportation division project manager.

Edgewater Club Road will be resurfaced from Porter’s Neck Road to the end of the road, according to the N.C. DOT.

The work is part of a $6.4 million contract for resurfacing of area roads awarded earlier in 2011 to Wilson-based S.T. Wooten.

At the time the contract was awarded, the N.C. DOT said the work will be completed by Nov. 18, 2011.
