Why did CFPUA recently add the line ‘Total City of Wilmington’ to bills sent to customers?

Ken Little

Information included on bills is sent to all Cape Fear Public Utility Authority customers, spokeswoman Carey Disney Ricks said.

“We do not have the ability to generate one template for one customer versus another, and we currently have many customers receiving city of Wilmington services that are collected through our billing. Therefore, this section stands alone and was labeled as such to aid a majority of our customers in reading their bill,” Ricks said.
