Are there any laws about having reflective bumper stickers on your car?

David Morrison

No specific laws pertaining to applying one or more reflective bumper stickers on a car could be located.

However, North Carolina General Statutes do specify that any reflective tinting or obstruction of windows is prohibited.

Trailers are permitted and required to have red reflectors in addition to originally equipped lights.

Using reflective stickers to impersonate a law enforcement vehicle is unlawful.

Here’s a link to the North Carolina General Statutes that are most relevant to this topic.
