How is the house repainting business in the Wilmington area year round?

“Due to our moderate weather it’s year-round for the most part except for December, January and February (December due to the holidays),” said Donna Girardot, executive officer of the Wilmington-Cape Fear Homebuilders Association. “Now, I think, like most of the remodeling business, we’ve seen a bit of an uptick because people are investing a bit more in their current homes rather than moving up to something larger or downsizing.”
