What is the length of the walking trail around the fountain in Odgen Park?

The Ogden Park trail is one-half mile long, says Tara Duckworth, New Hanover County parks manager.

Other county parks also include good walking trails. The one at Hugh MacRae Park is 1.55 miles in length, in addition to a one-mile nature trail in MacRae Park behind the senior center.

The Summer Rest trail behind the Port City Chop House is .7 miles long. The walking trail at Veterans Park includes the sidewalk system and varies in length, depending on how ambitious the walker is.

The site is currently being updated, Duckworth says.
