What’s going on with the vacant lot at Medical Center Drive and Carolina Beach Road?

Some dirt has been moved for the WilcoHess service station project at 2395 Carolina Beach Road, Wilmington [Map this]. The project was released for construction on Aug. 25, 2010, Development Services Director Kaye Graybeal said. The projected includes a 3,000-square-foot convenience store with 12 gasoline pumps.
