The two-story patio and gathering area will be used by the City Limits Saloon night club, says city of Wilmington spokeswoman Malissa Talbert. The addition is adjacent to the nightclub, 28 S. Front St. An employee said the downstairs area will include a bar and patio and the upstairs will be a “wide open” smoking area.
