What is going in the former Harris Teeter building at Long Leaf Mall?

The old Harris Teeter space at Long Leaf Mall in Wilmington is empty and is for lease by Zimmer Devlopment. The company said it had nothing to report about prospective tenants now, but that there might be something soon.
