Out of the country customer service does not build good will with customers. Surely someone at Star News or NYT should know this.
And this is why I do not subscribe to the Star-News any longer. American companies need to keep their operations based in the US to help keep able American CITIZENS employed, not moving overseas for CHEAP LABOR.
Way to go StarNews. No USA all the way, eh? Don’t ever write an editorial on improving our economy until you keep a simple job like answering the phone right here.
Don’t skirt the answer. It’s economics plain and simple.
I had a horrible experience with your so called “customer service”. This was over an error made by your accounting department. He offered no help and left a very bad impression.
