Does New Hanover County ordinance require doctors and dentists to have 4 parking spaces in front of their building?

New Hanover County does have specific zoning ordinances regarding parking for doctors and dentist offices.

Section 81-1 of the county zoning ordinance for clinics and medical facilities require four parking spaces per doctor who works in the building. It also requires one parking space for each employee.

That includes dentists, according to Charles Smith, the county spokesman.
