A. According to Keith Poston, TWC communications manager for Eastern North Carolina, he replied with the following answer: The Wilmington market doesn’t have a local NBA team or any other NBA team assigned to their market which is why Bobcat games are not carried on FSN Carolinas. However, Bobcats games are carried in the NBA League Pass package in Wilmington. In other parts of North Carolina (Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh), the Bobcats are the “home team” and can be seen locally on Fox Sports Carolinas and are subject to blackout in the NBA League Pass package. The NBA sets these boundaries similar to Major League Baseball and their teams.
