Q. Is there a place in Wilmington where I can get old photo negatives developed?
A. Past Present and Future Digital located at 4601 Peachtree Ave. provides such a service. Josh Caine, who has been in business since 2006, offers the ability to digitize audio, photo, film and videotapes. Caine, who’s business motto is, “You live the moment, we make it last,” can scan your still photo negatives, 8mm and 16mm films, slides, audio cassettes, records, VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, MiniDV and flash memory cards into a computer and turn them into easily accessible, and useable digital copies. These copies can be supplied to you on a wide variety of media devices which can then be printed or stored. He is also working toward creating an online viewer sharing option with a beta version available in two months.
Pricing varies on length of film and services needed. Contact Josh Caine at 399-1820 or visit www.myreelvideo.com.
