According to the New Hanover County Tourism Development Authority, there are more than 8,000 rooms to rent in the county.
There are 142 properties in the county that have rooms for rent in the area. This includes full-service establishments, such as hotels with restaurants and meeting rooms, limited-service establishments, bed-and-breakfasts, and real estate.
These figures include properties all over the county, including those in Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach and Figure Eight Island.
