Crews are clearing lots on Murrayville Road near North College Road for a small subdivision, said developer Adam Sosne, of Gordon Road Development Partners.
The proposed four-acre subdivision, dubbed The Woods at Murrayville, will be composed of 13 lots and feature single-family, stick-built homes, Sosne said. The homes will likely be priced between $160,000 and $190,000.
McAdams Homes is expected to begin construction on the first structures in about 60 days and developers hope for the first buyers to move in about six months from now, Sosne said.
