Is Parkway Drive in Wilmington zoned as commercial?

Julian March
StarNews

Parkway Drive has a number of zoning designations.

A. Parkway Drive, a short cut-through between South College Road and Oleander Drive that abuts High MacRae Park, has several zonings.

Primarily, it is zoned R-15 residential, as shown on the zoning map.

But on the South College Road side, Parkway is zoned as RB, Regional Business, and O&I-1, Office & Institutional. Parkway at Oleander Drive is also zoned as RB (Regional Business).
