The mayor of Wilmington’s base pay is $14,040, said city spokeswoman Malissa Talbert. Including a car allowance and a technology stipend, Mayor Bill Saffo makes $19,440 annually.
A council member’s base salary is $10,670. Including a car allowance and a technology stipend, council members make $16,070 annually.
The car allowance is $350 each month. The technology stipend is $100 each month.
