When they recently repaved Market Street, why did they not repave sections around Cinema Drive?

The section of Market Street from Cinema Drive to Darlington Avenue is currently under construction and is being patched, said Anthony Law, N.C. Department of Transportation Division 3 district engineer.

“Resurfacing in this section of Market Street will be accomplished at a later date as a part of the Kerr Avenue widening project,” Law said.
