Q: Are there any plans to fix the fountain near Riverwalk and the Coast Guard dock? I’ve lived here for 12 years and don’t think that it has ever worked.
A. The fountain is scheduled to be replaced, said Malissa Talbert, a city spokeswoman.
That work could begin as early as the spring of 2013, she said. The planned improvements will be funded with a federal grant and with money from the city’s 5-year improvement plan.
