Do drivers of cars with “Handicapped” designation have to pay parking fees in Wrightsville Beach?

Sylvia Holleman, town clerk for the Town of Wrightsville Beach, says those with a handicap designation do not have to pay parking fees to park at Wrightsville Beach.  This policy also includes those with a Purple Heart tag.
