Photos.comQ. Are gyms/fitness centers/health clubs legally allowed to reveal statistics or demographics about its current members to prospective members?

“We aren’t aware of any state law that either authorizes or restricts gyms/health clubs, etc., from sharing general statistics/demographics about its members,” said Noelle Talley, spokeswoman for the N.C. Department of Justice.
