If you’re fairly new to the Wilmington area (or you just don’t get out much), you may reach for the number to the usual suspects (Domino’s, Pizza Hut and Papa John’s) to order a pizza. Let’s face it: It can take weeks, maybe even months, to get the dish on the best local pizzerias, especially in a city with as many restaurants as Wilmington. But now you don’t have to wait for your piece of the pie. Here are some lesser-known suggestions if you need to satisfy that crusty, cheesy craving:

Hoobie’s Pizza in Murrayville is also a good place to get New York Style Pizza. They are reasonably priced, deliver and are very tasty.
