Q. When will DirecTV provide high-definition programming on local Wilmington channels?

A. The programming is available in Wilmington, said Jim Alley, a commercial agent for Direct Sat TV in Pinehurst, which provides DirecTV service. Alley said WWAY, WECT, WSFX and WILM are available with the HD receiver and package from DirecTV.
