The short answer is yes, according to Adam Faircloth, a cartographer with the Navigation Branch of the Wilmington District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
“According to a July 2011 and March 2012 survey of Snows Cut, it looks like a 5-6 foot draft vessel would be able to sail through,” Faircloth said.
