Response from Mike Krause, CEO of the Wilmington Housing Authority:

“The Wilmington Housing Authority has a property located at the corner of John D. Barry Drive and 17th Street under contract that it may acquire for the purpose of developing an affordable senior housing community.”

The housing authority’s proposal calls for 92 multi-family units, including 50 units for elderly households.
