When did Fox Run Farm become a subdivision? What was it before?

Ken Little
StarNews

Fox Run Farm HOA Inc.. was incorporated in North Carolina in July 1989, with the registered agent being Terry F. Turner, according to information on file with the N.C. Department of the Secretary of State. The land was not developed as a subdivision until the mid-1990s, several area real estate brokers said.

A horse farm operated on the 46-acre property on Weybridge Lane off South College Road from January 1976, when Fox Run Farms Inc., was incorporated, until it was developed.

In August 1995, the registered agent for Fox Run Farms changed from Turner to Dave Sweyer Jr., according to documents on file with the N.C. Secretary of State.
