The building referred to at 9101 Ocean Highway East is a Wilmington Health medical office building. The general contractor was Kirkland, based in High Point, said Gary M. Vidmar, Leland’s economic & community development director.
There is a Kirkland’s home décor outlet at 6 Van Campen Blvd. in Wilmington.
