When will the town of Leland tear down the old Town Hall?

Bailey Aldridge
StarNews

There isn’t a set date for when the old Leland Town Hall will be torn down.

A contract exists for it to be torn down, said Town Manager David Hollis, but they don’t have a date yet. It’s been taking a while because they had to get state permits and such.

The building was used as a fire training project by the Leland Fire/ Rescue Department in March.
