A. The New Hanover High School tennis courts are not open to the public. They were renovated within the past 15 years with the funds coming from the school. The courts at Hoggard, Laney and Ashley high schools are still maintained by the New Hanover Parks and Gardens, therefore they are available to the public. Other public tennis courts in New Hanover County include Arrowhead Park, Empie Park, Hugh MacRae Park, Northern Regional Park at Castle Hayne and Ogden Park.
