Has the 6100 block of Myrtle Grove Road been developed? What is the price point of the homes?

Ken Little

The question that came in to MyReporter originally asked about the 610 block of Myrtle Grove Road, but there is no 600 block of Myrtle Grove Road.

But Sam Burgess, senior planner with the New Hanover County Planning and Land Use Department, said in the 6100 block of Myrtle Grove Road a project called The Grove, consisting of 25 homesites, is being developed.

The developer is TRS Holdings LLC. Southern Homebuilders is the primary builder in the community.

The county approved a final plat for The Grove in September 2016. Road infrastructure, along with water and sewer service, is in place.

The cul-de-sac development will consist of single-family homes beginning at a price point of $325,000, according to information obtained by Burgess from TRS Holdings.
