Q. What will be going up on the lot between Covil Ave., Broad St. and Darlington Ave.? And will they take down the red brick house on that lot?

A. Apartments are slated for the eastern side of Covil Avenue between Broad Street and Darlington Avenue.

Annexe at the Reserve would have 144 units divided into four, three-story buildings on 6.4 acres, according to the plans on file with the city of Wilmington. The plans call for 279 parking spaces and indicate the two-story red brick house on the land will be demolished.

The developer is BRC Wilmington LLC of High Point.
