When will Benjamin Avenue, a dirt street inside city limits, be paved?

The city has no plans to pave Benjamin Avenue, which is near the intersection of Racine Drive and Eastwood Road.

There is no funding for Benjamin Avenue in the city’s current five-year capital improvement program, said Richard King, the city’s public services director. That funding goes through the 2017 fiscal year, he said.
