According to Kyle Breuer, Pender County director of Planning and Community Development, the south side of N.C. 133 near Paul’s Place will soon have a Handee Hugo’s convenience store. The new store will sell gasoline and plans call for a fast-food sandwich shop to occupy part of the space.
Eventually, an auto parts store will complete the development of the site, according to the master plan approved by the county planning commission last week.
