Q. What is the status of the Carolina Beach bridge resurfacing. I thought they were supposed to be finished in December. They are a long way from done. Will it be completed by start of tourist season?

A. “The current completion schedule is the end of February,” said Town Manager Michael Cramer. “They have had some setbacks in the project and the large amount of rain and cold weather has not helped. We expect it will be open long before the tourist season.”
