When does Wilmington plan to re-pave 41st Street between Oleander and Shipyard?

The city does have plans to repave 41st Street between Oleander Drive and Shipyard Boulevard.

The work could start as early as the spring of 2014, said Richard King, the city’s director of public services. Before then, the city is performing underground investigations to see if there are utility issues under the road, King said. (It is possible old sewer pipes need to be replaced, which could delay the paving).
