Q. What is being done in Brunswick County at the intersection of Old Georgetown Road and Ocean Isle Beach Road? A lot of land is being cleared. Are any businesses being constructed any time soon in that location?

A. A traffic circle is being built by the N.C. Department of Transportation, according to Huey Marshall, Brunswick County attorney.

Walked the old Georgetown rd today and I’m very interested to know. Who owns that land and what are the plans for the future? There is a construction company taking things from the land.
