The property in question is part of the Barclay West development, a massive mixed-use project planned for 300 acres along South 17th Street. The land is owned by Cameron Properties Limited Partnership.
Hill Rogers, the broker-in-charge at Cameron Management, is the agent for Cameron Properties.
Rogers said the work will clear underbrush so that developers can accurately survey and engineer the site. Crews will also remove dead material from last year’s forest fire in the area, Rogers said.
