The old O’Charley’s restaurant building at Monkey Junction is vacant now, but it won’t be for long. StarNews photo by Si Cantwell.
A sign in the door says “Opening Soon: Osteria Cicchetti II. Ristorante. Pizzeria. Wine Bar.”
The new restaurant is expected to open in October, said Ash Aziz, owner of the Circa Restaurant Group, which comprises Osteria Cicchetti, Circa 1922, Boca Bay and Towne Tap & Grill.
“We are going to be using the same menu and trying to duplicate the atmosphere and ambiance of the original restaurant,” Aziz said.
