Meryl Felds, the outgoing property manager for Lumina Station, said
bowed out when Halligan’s Public House approached the property owners about the possibility of acquiring space in the popular Eastwood Road shopping development.
Halligan’s is nearing completion of its renovations in the restaurant, which will feature a significant expansion into a neighboring unit.
