There is no law that prohibits sex offenders from living with each other or in close proximity, said Sgt. Jerry Brewer, a spokesman for the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office.
Brewer added that they could all live in the same house, but they would have to have a valid address so that their whereabouts could be tracked.

High density development. There are a lot of apartment complexes near the college. Not an ideal area to house sex offenders.
They are all different apartments in 2 or more different complexes. My guess would be it is affordable.
