Q. Who do i need to talk to about to see if I can sign my 1962 Falcon anytime they need a car to be in a movie?
A. Anna Fisher, production coordinator for the Wilmington Regional Film Commission, suggests sending information about the car directly to the film companies involved in local production.
Fisher told us that you can send an email to the production companies using the film commission’s website, www.wilmingtonfilm.com.
You will see headings for Preproduction and Production on the left-hand side of the home screen. Clicking on the production titles, currently “The Remaining,” “Under the Dome,” and “Revolution,” will open up a blank email addressed to the companies.
Fisher said to include a photo and information about the car.
