Q. Do any local restaurants offer choices for people who are allergic to dairy products and eggs? (Not including Lovey’s and Tidal Creek.)
A. We asked fans of the Port City Foodies for any advice they might have on the topic, and one reader says Cracker Barrel, Moe’s and Subway are her top picks when heading out with her children who have similar allergies.
Another indicated that The Melting Pot is helpful in accommodating dietary restrictions.
Additionally, two eatery owners, Mark Scharaga of Tamashii Sushi & Spoons and Kymberlei DiNapoli of the upcoming Olive Café, both indicated they are happy to work with their customers’ various nutritional needs.
Are there any other restaurants willing to accommodate those needs? Let us know in the Comments section below.
