Q. Is the road pavement at the intersection of Military Cutoff Road and Eastwood Road bad enough to qualify for repair anytime soon? It’s been in bad shape for a long time.
A. Eastwood Road from 0.17 mile west of the Military Cut-Off intersection to the US 74/US 76 intersection on Harbor Island (Wrightsville Beach) is scheduled to be milled and resurfaced between March 18, 2013, and May 23, 2013, said Alton R. Edgerton, NCDOT Division 3 staff engineer.
Edgerton said NCDOT will also mill and resurface a 0.17 mile section of Military Cut-Off from Eastwood Road to Viking Lane.
