Who are the civil rights attorneys in this area?

F.T. Norton

According to the N.C. State Bar, the bar certifies lawyers as specialists in some practice areas, (click here see www.nclawspecialists.gov/search.asp for their list) but they do not have a certification for civil rights.

According to Denise Mullen with the NCBAR, to check the bar association’s listing of sections visit www.ncbar.org/sections/ncba-sections.aspx. Lawyers join these individual groups based on their areas of practice.
