Q. Why would a city remove one side of a road, Grace Street between 3rd and 4th, one block long, to do much-needed sewer repairs, and only pave half (the street)? Isn’t Grace on the list of roads to be looked at for new street repair from the tax increase?
A. “The paving of Grace street, between 3rd and 4th street, will be finished next week – both sides,” Dylan Lee, city of Wilmington spokesman, said on Monday.
