Q. When I was of middle-school age, I fished at the Long Beach Pier with an elderly lady who said her son was a Brunswick County Sheriff. Was there actually a Brunswick sheriff or deputy named Radcliff in the late 50s-early 60s timeframe?

A. The Brunswick Sheriff’s Office’s deputy Sgt. Del Routh was not able to find a response to this question. Routh said he looked into the question, but was unable to find an answer.
